Day 49: Fiction

Even fiction comes with illnesses, with pandemics. It could be said that I was looking for it, or even looking forward to it. I had ordered Lawrence's novel at the beginning of the lockdown. It was supposed to be out on April 24th, but it took a tad longer. Or maybe some disgruntled Amazon employe thought it was not something that was needed (a bit like the vibrators).

It finally arrived, and I'm enjoying it. I needed to expand my reading towards other fiction and plague fiction seems to be doing the job. Each person copes as they can (look at me, using singular they!).
